Military Engineering Services ( MES ) had 2200 Sqmtr Terraces at their Old Residential Colony based at Navy Nagar Colaba Mumbai . There were Heavy Leakages for which MES decided to use  EPDM System . 1st Surface preparation , 2nd Laying the EPDM membrane  fully Bonded to Surface , 3rd Laying 250 GSM Geo Textile on the EPDM , 4th Doing 50mm screed on top of the Geo textile for the protection of EPDM.

This is a permanent solution for the terrace waterproofing which was executed by M/s Colaba Group & waterproofingwale.com team under the Leadership of CWE, GE, AGE, & Mr Sehrawat of MES Navy Nagar . There was the grid of 2 sqmtr in the screed in which groove cutting was done to Fill up PU sealant so that the cracks in the screed are minimised . Pl see the Pictures and Videos.
