There were the Leakages below the terrace , Terrace is comprising of 2 parts . One is gallery area around the terrace where flower pots are kept and 2nd is the main terrace area which is like an office area . We have used PU Coating in the Gallery area and EPDM in the terrace area . The complete system is shown in the Below Pictures . Nanji Bhai MD of Gebi Industrial Park does not compromise in Quality at all , we had to re-do the EPDM laying on the terrace as application was not liked by Nanji Bhai . But Finally we were successful in giving  Leakage free Terrace.
